These are three processes that we perform in each research project. We always start with exploring the best way possible in answering our clients' objectives. We show this mostly in our research proposal or the follow up meeting. We continue this process when we develop the research instruments such as questionnaire or discussion guide.

After the completion of fieldwork and data preparation, our researchers are ready to extract insights from the data. This is where our good understanding about Indonesian people play important roles. But more than that, we employ two kinds of tools in finding such insights. First, we must clarify. All the insights have to be well defined within specific context. Second, we incite. We dig deeper. We must establish the root cause and implication of certain insights. We may also establish relation with other insights as well. In terms of expected result, our clients are happy with the completion of this Extract phase. It is enough to enable us answering all the research objectives. However, we want to deliver more.
