The standard delivery for our full research service are Report and Data Tabulation. For Report, we provide our clients both in PowerPoint and Word version. In terms of Data Tabulation, we supply them with Excel file. Most of our clients are happy with these arrangements.

However, in current environment, the top people in our clients' organization have more and more need for data visualization. They also want to play around with what if scenarios based on the research data. Thus, data tabulation is not adequate anymore.

Desk research is used to be activities of collecting published data both offline and online. With current technology, now we can search and collect raw data in Internet and create information surround that. AI enable us to convert the unstructured texts that scattered in various online media or social media accounts into structured information within specific context. This is the future of desk research.

We are in the position to offer a report on Usage Attitude and Image Study for specific category based on web crawling. While typical UAI study need at least 2 months to complete, this desk research can be completed in like few weeks. More importantly, it will also change the way we see UAI study.

Currently, companies do at most once a year for whole package. However, they may maintain quarterly rolling sample for brand performance tracking. This is the most efficient way to do it. Cost of doing more frequent research does not justify the benefit of having such frequent information. It will change soon.

In the beginning, we may need a longer time period for us to train the AI so it understands the context of information. Once, we succeed this phase, the replication can use all the learnings with no additional cost. Thus, the replication can be much lower in cost. Instead of doing one full report each year and 4 quarterly report using rolling sample, we can provide monthly full report with approximately same amount of cost or even lower.
